中职师范学生是将来从事义务教育和学前教育工作的一线主力军,就学生应具备的知识构成和人文素养构成来说,哲学素养是必不可少的重要组成部分,不仅影响着他们最终形成何种世界观和人生观,也影响着他们能否胜任未来的教育教学工作。因此,教师必须高度重视和不断促进中职师范生哲学素养的提高,主动适应我国义务教育和学前教育发展的现状。
