新时期,医院人事管理工作面临了更大的考验与挑战,为全面抓住机遇积极迎接挑战,医院人事管理应积极改革优化。本文就当前医院人事管理包含的问题展开研究,探讨了新环境下医院人事管理工作应体现的特征,并制定了优化人事管理的科学策略。对提升人事管理工作水平,达到事半功倍的工作效果,实现可持续的全面发展,有重要的实践意义。
In the new era, personnel management in hospitals faces more challenges and challenges.
