本文对102例酒精性股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)临床X线分析如下。1对象和方法1.1对象本组均为男性,年龄26~70岁。其中双侧发病78例,单侧发病24例,共175个股骨头。本组均有3~8次X线初复诊片对照。62例以髋关节疼痛而就诊,15例以膝关节疼痛为首发症状,18例以腹股沟部疼痛并向大腿内侧
