在过去的3年半时间里对治疗前的儿童白血病患者进行了细胞遗传学的研究。通过染色体的分带技术对11名男患者进行连续观察证实其中有2名骨髓中的原始细胞Y染色体丢失。一例为急性粒细胞型白血病患者(下简称急粒),其染色体核型为t(8;21)。另一例为急性淋巴细胞型白血病患者(下简称急淋)。我们研究的结果和其它学者研究的结果一样,证实了白血病患者中有Y染色体的丢失。并证实它与患儿的生长过程没有关系。且这种Y染色体的丢失在非粒细胞性白血病患者身上可做为单独的异常出现。
In the past three and a half years before the treatment of children with leukemia in patients with cytogenetic studies. Continuous observation of 11 male patients by chromosome banding technique confirmed the loss of the Y chromosome in two of the bone marrow blasts. One case of acute myeloid leukemia patients (hereinafter referred to as acute particles), the chromosome karyotype t (8; 21). Another case of acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients (hereinafter referred to as acute lymphoblastic). The results of our study, like those of other scholars, confirm the loss of the Y chromosome in patients with leukemia. And confirmed that it has nothing to do with the growth of children. And this loss of Y chromosome in non-myeloid leukemia patients can be seen as a separate exception.
