本文根据生产统计和试验资料,总结了转炉连铸坯生产热轧硅钢片的经验,解决了多炉连铸的难题,连铸比达到95%。采用严格控制化学成份,钢包吹Ar精炼的冶炼工艺,较低终轧温度,较大压下率的热轧工艺和煤气保护退火,较长时间保温的热处理制度;使硅钢片获得较高的电磁性能,高牌号率达到57.38%。文章还分析了存在问题,提出了进一步提高质量的途径及必需采用新技术的建议。
Based on the production statistics and experimental data, this paper summarizes the experience of the production of hot-rolled silicon steel sheets in BOF casting and solves the problem of continuous casting of multiple furnaces.
