互联网时代危机事件的传播速度加快、不良影响迅速扩大,旅游城市进行合理有效的危机公关,能够降低危机事件带来的不良影响。本文对“哈尔滨天价鱼”事件进行分析,总结出互联网时代公关危机的特点,并提出了互联网时代旅游城市处理公关危机的策略。政府部门和旅游相关企业必须树立危机意识,当危机事件发生时要第一时间开诚布公的发布事件详情,而不是封锁消息。
In the Internet era, the spread of crisis events is accelerating, the adverse effects are rapidly expanding, and the rational and effective crisis public relations in tourist cities can reduce the adverse impact of crisis events. This article analyzes the events of “Harbin Astronomical Fish”, summarizes the characteristics of the crisis of public relations in the internet age, and puts forward the strategy that the tourist cities handle the crisis of public relations in the internet era. Government departments and tourism-related enterprises must establish a sense of crisis. When the crisis happens, they should disclose the details of the event openly and honestly, not to block the news.
