观察黄丹冲剂对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱发的NIDDM大鼠血糖、HBA1c肾组织中LPO及肾小球基底膜变化的影响,并与优降糖进行比较。结果表明:(1)优降糖治疗组血糖明显降低(P<0.01);(2)黄丹冲剂治疗组虽无降血糖作用,却能明显降低HBA1c、肾组织中LPO含量(P<0.05,P<0.01);(3)黄丹冲剂组肾小球系膜增生和肾基底膜增厚明显减轻(P<0.05)。提示黄丹冲剂有抑制蛋白非酶糖基化,预防NIDDM肾脏并发症作用。
The effects of Huangdan granules on blood glucose, LPO in glomerular tissue, and LPO and glomerular basement membrane changes in NIDDM rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ) were observed and compared with glibenclamide. The results showed that: (1) Blood glucose was significantly decreased in the glibenclamide treatment group (P<0.01); (2) Huangdan granules treatment group could significantly reduce the LPO content in HBA1c and renal tissues, although there was no hypoglycemic effect (P< 0.05, P<0.01); (3) The mesangial proliferation and the thickening of the renal basement membrane were significantly reduced in the Huangdan granule group (P<0.05). It is suggested that Huangdan granules inhibit protein non-enzymatic glycosylation and prevent renal complications of NIDDM.
