我科与广州市玻璃搪瓷研究所协作,把光导纤维偶合在氦氖激光器上,治疗渗出性中耳炎60例77耳,有效率达98.7%,现报道如下。一、方法 1.光导纤维偶合氦氖激光器: 采用光导纤维直通型与分叉型传光束,并偶合在低功率(6~8毫瓦)的氦氖激光器上,其透射率为42~44%。直通型光导纤维管长为60cm,管口直径0.4cm。分叉型(即Y型)管长80cm,管口直径0.3cm。 2.治疗时间与方法: 每天照射激光一次,每次10分钟,15天为一疗程。照射治疗前,应先观察耳膜变化和中耳积液情况,抽积液后照射激光,如少量积液时,可免穿刺,因大多数患者照射激光后,能自行
