传统的焊接摆动器大多采用电器控制,其定位精度低、抗干扰能力差、摆动模式单一。由于NG-SAW(窄间隙埋弧焊)技术通常应用于关乎人民生命财产安全的重大工程,传统的焊接摆动器已不能满足要求。本文介绍了一款基于2000系列DSP(数字信号处理器)、ARM9和CAN(控制器局域网)总线技术的NG-SAW焊接摆动器,可以实现焊接摆动器的高精度定位、高速准确通讯和人性化操作。
Most of the traditional welding oscillator using electrical control, its low positioning accuracy, anti-interference ability, single swing mode. Since NG-SAW (narrow gap submerged arc welding) technology is usually applied to major projects concerning the safety of people’s lives and property, the conventional welding oscillators can no longer meet the requirements. This article presents a NG-SAW welding oscillator based on the 2000 Series DSP (Digital Signal Processor), ARM9 and CAN (Controller Area Network) bus technologies that enables high-precision positioning of the welding oscillator, high speed and accurate communication, and user-friendliness operating.
