Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) specifically promotes mitosis and mediates angiogenesis and increases vascular permeability through binding to its receptors. It also mediates the formation of tumor blood vessels. The growth of tumor cells depends on the formation of new blood vessels. It is already a tumor organism. One of the most well-known aspects of learning, tumor neovascularization plays a crucial role in the formation, progression, infiltration and migration of tumors. This article briefly reviews the role of VEGF and its receptors in tumor angiogenesis at home and abroad in recent years.
