作为高等教育国际化公认的核心要素,学生国际化、教师国际化以及课程国际化在美国高校优势明显。陕西广播电视大学在推进国际化进程中,注重与境外高校、机构交流,签订友好协议,积极资助教师在国际舞台亮相,支持学生赴境外留学深造,主动对接国家战略。但国际化的理念还没有完全深入人心,国际化的合作面偏窄,形式不够多样化,“走出去”多、“引进来”少,服务区域经济能力有待加强,基础设施亟待完善,资金管理及效率不足方面等因素,制约了陕西广播电视大学高等教育国际化的可持续发展。高校应加强师资“引进来”力度,利用自身优势创新留学生来源,共享共建课程资源,改善基础设施,提高资金使用效率。

Colleges and universities should strengthen the teacher “bring in ” strength, use their own advantages to innovate the source of foreign students, share the resources to jointly build the curriculum, improve infrastructure and improve the efficiency of the use of funds.
