The mechanical structure of the three-roller and three-screw valve calibrators is introduced. The mechanism of correcting the valve rod and valve disc deflection is analyzed. The effects of the machine structure, the shape of the pressure roller and the shape of the screw on the quality and efficiency of calibration are discussed ; Three screw-type, three-roll, twin screw and wash plate valve calibration machine to be compared, described their advantages and disadvantages.
