最近许多研究已经证明了硒对甲基汞中毒的某些毒性具有保护作用,但迄今硒对甲基汞致畸作用的保护能力尚未证实。本实验选用ICR和C_(57)BL系妊娠小鼠以投药后母鼠的胎鼠中颚裂的发生率为指标来探讨亚硒酸钠防止甲基汞对胎鼠致畸作用的保护效果。 ICR系妊娠小鼠皮下注射5 mg/kg/日甲基汞或3.5 mg/kg/日硒或5 mg/kg/日甲基汞和35 mg/kg/日硒的混合液,给妊娠9~12天的注射四次,妊娠7~12天的注射六次。C_(57)BL
