会议筹备方案,是在大中型或重要会议召开之前对与会议相关的人、财、物、信息、流程等要素资源有序整合、统筹安排、周密部署,以促进会议顺利进行、取得预期效果的会议文书。一份考虑周全的会议筹备方案往往可反映出会务部门和秘书人员筹办会议的能力和水准。本文试以一篇企业年度工作会议筹备方案为例,对会议筹备方案写作做一简要分析,以期与同行探讨交流、共同促进工作开展。【例文】
