根据华邦地产市场研究中心统计显示,2012年1-8月杭州市主城区二手房市场交易总量达到14513套(见图表1),超过2011年全年11612套近3000套。与去年同期9099套相比,同比增加5414套,同比上升59.5%。2012年1-8月份,杭州二手房市场让人有些摸不着头脑,在经历了快速回暖上升后又遭遇了一丝秋寒。在原本市场淡季的7月份,却创出今年的成交之最;而正当传统旺季金九银十到来之际,成交量却遭遇滑铁卢。
According to the statistics of Winbond Real Estate Market Research Center, from January to August 2012, the total transaction volume of the second-hand housing market in the main city of Hangzhou reached 14513 sets (see Chart 1), surpassing the annual sales volume of nearly 11,612 sets in 2011. Compared with 9099 sets in the same period of last year, the number increased by 5414 sets, up 59.5% over the same period last year. January-August 2012, Hangzhou second-hand housing market people feel a little scratching his head, after experiencing a rapid rebound rose again suffered a trace of autumn.
