脉冲磁场-倾斜管复合法制备铝合金半固态组织的研究

利用自主研发的脉冲磁场和倾斜管半固态装置制备了ZL101合金半固态浆料。研究了不同倾斜角和脉冲电压对复合制备铝合金半固态组织的影响。结果表明,显微组织会随着脉冲电压的逐渐增加,由最初的蔷薇状或树枝状转变为颗粒状,晶粒变得细小、圆整。在低脉冲电压时,倾斜角小时晶粒球化效果好,随着脉冲电压的增加,倾斜角大时晶粒球化效果会更好。合金组织中近球形颗粒状组织的形成是受形核热力学条件与搅拌、剪切碰撞作用综合影响的结果。 ZL101 alloy semi-solid slurry was prepared by self-developed pulsed magnetic field and inclined tube semi-solid device. The influence of different tilt angle and pulse voltage on the semi-solid structure of aluminum alloy was studied. The results show that the microstructure will change from initial rosette or dendritic to granular with the gradual increase of pulse voltage, and the grains become fine and round. When the pulse voltage is low, the grain spheroidization effect is good when the tilt angle is small, and the grain spheroidization effect will be better when the tilt angle is larger as the pulse voltage is increased. The formation of near-spherical granular structures in the alloy is the result of the combined effect of nucleation thermodynamic conditions and stirring and shearing collisions.
