目的了解新疆生产建设兵团(兵团)8家临床实验室脂类三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)检测结果的可比性,为推动兵团临床实验室检验结果互认提供参考依据。方法选择位于新疆不同地域的兵团二级和三级医院临床实验室共8家,统一分装6个批号的比对样品,冷链运送至各实验室。每家实验室指定1套检测系统作为比对系统,按照统一的比对方案进行比对样品TG、TC、HDL-C和LDL-C测定,采用稳健Z分数法统计检测结果。评价标准:|Z|≤2表示“满意”;2<|Z|<3表示“警戒”;|Z|≥3表示“不满意”。结果有4家实验室4个项目所有6个批号比对样品检测结果均为|Z|≤2。在其他4家实验室中,1家实验室TC所有6个批号的结果均为|Z|≥3,TG有1个批号的结果2<|Z|<3;1家实验室HDL-C和LDL-C各有1个批号的结果|Z|≥3;1家实验室HDL-C有1个批号的结果2<|Z|<3;一家实验室TG有1个批号的结果|Z|≥3,TG另有3个批号的结果2<|Z|<3。结论兵团8家临床实验室需不断加强质量体系的标准化建设,以确保脂类4个项目检验结果互认的有效性。
Objective To investigate the effects of lipids on triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in eight clinical laboratories of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (Corps) The comparability of test results provides a reference for promoting mutual recognition of Corps clinical laboratory test results. Methods Eight clinical laboratories of Grade Two and Three Hospitals of the Corps in different regions of Xinjiang were selected, and the samples of six batches were unpacked and transported to laboratories by cold chain. Each laboratory designated a detection system as a comparison system, according to a unified comparison program for the comparison of samples TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C determination, the use of robust Z-score statistics test results. Evaluation criteria: | Z | ≤2 said “satisfaction ”; 2 <| Z | <3 said “alert ”; | Z |> 3 said “not satisfied ”. The results of four laboratories 4 projects all six batches than the sample test results were | Z | ≤ 2. Among the other four laboratories, the results of all six batches of a laboratory TC were | Z | ≥3, the results of one lot with TG 2 <| Z | <3; one laboratory HDL-C and LDL-C has a lot number results | Z | ≥3; 1 laboratory HDL-C has a lot number result 2 <| Z | <3; a laboratory TG has a lot number result | Z | ≥ 3, there are 3 other TG results 2 <| Z | <3. Conclusion Corps 8 clinical laboratories need to constantly strengthen the standardization of the quality system to ensure the validity of the mutual recognition of the test results of the four lipid projects.
