本报讯8月1日起,由国家安监总局颁布的新版《危险化学品登记管理办法》(以下简称《办法》)开始施行。《办法》细化了危险化学品(含列入危化品目录的农药)登记的具体内容,调整了登记程序,列入新危化品名录的农药需要根据该办法进行登记变更或重新登记。《办法》规定,国家实行危险化学品登记制度、危险化学品登记实行企业申请、两级审核、统一发证、分级管理的原则,相关企业申请登记需按新规执行。根据近年来登记工作实践,《办法》对危险化学品登记程序进行了完善和补充。一是对登记程序进行了调整,部分内容进行细化;二是调整了申请危险化学品登记需要提交的材料种类,增加了进口企业需要提交材料的规
From August 1, the new version of “Measures for the Administration of Registration of Dangerous Chemicals” promulgated by the State Administration of Work Safety (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”) came into force. The Measures detailed the registration of hazardous chemicals (including pesticides listed in the catalog of dangerous chemicals), adjusted the registration procedures, and the pesticides included in the list of new hazardous chemicals need to be registered or re-registered according to the measures. The Measures stipulate that the state shall implement the registration system of hazardous chemicals and the application of enterprises for registration of dangerous chemicals, the two levels of auditing, the unified certification and the hierarchical management. The relevant enterprises shall apply for registration according to the new regulations.
