秦皇岛32-6油田西区E平台6口水平井主要开发Nm21,该储层是渤海湾典型的高孔、高渗疏松砂岩底水油藏。利用水平井开发该层主要存在两方面的技术问题,一是如何合理防砂,延长油井寿命;二是如何防止底水锥进,增加油井挖潜能力。本文通过分析裸眼砾石充填整个微观过程,优化了现场施工工艺,最终采用裸眼砾石充填和梯级优质筛管双重手段不仅有效防砂,而且在保证最大挖掘油层潜力的同时完全抑制住底水锥进。
Nm21 is mainly developed in 6 horizontal wells in E Platform of West Zone of Qinhuangdao 32-6 Oilfield. The reservoir is a typical high-porosity and high-permeability loose sandstone bottom water reservoir in Bohai Bay. There are two main technical problems in developing this layer using horizontal wells. One is how to control sand reasonably and extend the life of oil well. The other is how to prevent bottom water coning and increase the potential of oil well tapping. In this paper, the whole microscopic process of the open-hole gravel packing is optimized and the on-site construction process is optimized. Finally, the double sand-gravel packing and cascade high-quality screen pipe are not only effective sand control, but also fully inhibit the coning of bottom water while ensuring the maximum potential of the digging oil layer.
