构建了由比例阀控缸实施加载的舵机气动伺服加载系统实验装置,研究其特性及控制策略。采用机理建模的方法建立了系统的数学模型;在此模型基础上,设计了模糊PID控制器。编写实时控制程序,测定0.5、1、2、5 Hz三角波条件下的特性。实验结果表明,气动负载模拟器在低频段有较好的力跟随特性。
The experimental device of the servo pneumatic loading system of the steering gear loaded by the proportional valve control cylinder is constructed and its characteristics and control strategies are studied. The mathematical model of the system is established by the method of mechanism modeling. Based on this model, a fuzzy PID controller is designed. Write real-time control program to determine the characteristics of triangular wave conditions of 0.5,1,2,5 Hz. The experimental results show that the pneumatic load simulator has better force follow-up characteristics in the low frequency range.
