Affected by the globalization of information and the knowledge economy, the living environment of enterprises has become more and more complicated. The competition strategy based on time has become an important issue in the strategic decision-making of the operation and management of enterprises. In today’s rapidly changing market landscape, companies can implement scientific and rapid strategic decisions effectively in order to respond more quickly to rapidly changing business conditions. This article mainly discusses the strategy of enterprise operation and management based on time competition.
