介绍了新型NTR光棒曲轴的加工方法,并建立模具几何装配模型;根据肘杆机构关系得出了锻压机床水平镦粗速度。根据锻压的实际特点建立了相关有限元模型,运算后得出了曲轴的温度场、应力场变化,以及材料在模具约束下的流动规律,也得到了成形所需的镦锻力变化曲线;并做了工艺特点、机床设计方面的分析。
The processing method of the new NTR light rod crankshaft is introduced and the mold geometric assembly model is established. The horizontal upsetting speed of the forging machine is obtained according to the relation of the toggle mechanism. According to the actual characteristics of forging, the relevant finite element model was established. After the calculation, the temperature field and stress field of the crankshaft were obtained, and the flow rule of the material under the constraint of the mold was obtained. Made the craft characteristic, the machine tool design aspect analysis.
