随着市场经济体制日益完善,我国医疗卫生体制迎来全新的面貌。随之,医院思想政治工作发生了质的转变,医院需要加强政工队伍建设,不断提高他们的思想素质、工作能力,以满足新时期思想政治工作的客观要求,达到预期的思想政治效果,为构建和谐医院提供有力支撑。基于此,以医院政工队伍建设为基点,对其存在的问题、解决对策予以分析。
