硅铝钡铁合金是一种新型的炼钢脱氧剂,目前尚无分析的国家标准和成熟的适应炉前生产需要的化学分析方法。硅钼蓝分光光度法已广泛应用于铁合金中硅的测定,利用差示法还可测定高含量硅,但用于测定硅铝钡铁合金中的硅尚未见报道。本文采用在聚四氟乙烯烧杯中以氢氧化钠-过氧化氢分解试样,硅钼蓝差示光度法测定硅铝钡铁合金中的硅,经试验并用于生产,取得较好的效果。
Si-Al-Ba-Fe alloy is a new type of steel-making deoxidizer. There is no analytical national standard and mature chemical analysis methods to meet the needs of pre-furnace production. Silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometry has been widely used in the determination of silicon in ferroalloy, the differential method can also be used to determine the high content of silicon, but silicon for the determination of Si-Al-Ba-Fe alloy has not been reported. In this paper, polytetrafluoroethylene beaker sodium hydroxide - hydrogen peroxide decomposition of the sample, silicon molybdenum blue spectrophotometric determination of silicon-aluminum-barium iron alloy silicon, tested and used in the production, and achieved good results.
