对胸腺因子的传统制备方法进行了改良,并进行蛋白质含量及生物活性测定.结果表明,改进工艺后蛋白质含量为11.64g/L,比用原工艺制备提高3倍,生物活性亦比用原工艺制备有明显提高.
Traditional preparation method of thymus factor was improved, and protein content and biological activity were measured. The results showed that the protein content after the improvement process was 11.64g / L, which was three times higher than that of the original one. The biological activity was also obviously improved compared with the original one.
