随着中德关系的不断深入发展,两国经济合作、政治互信正不断增强。然而,根据名为《德国和中国:感知与现实》的调查研究结果1,中国人对德国各方面的态度都是偏向积极和肯定的,而德国人对中国不仅存在认知方面的欠缺,对中国的态度也充满纠结与矛盾。当然,这与德国人本身的国民性有很大程度的关系,也与中国对德传播工作的效果有很大关系。从上个世纪五十年代起,新中国政府便建立了系列对外传播机构,在不同的历史时期,这些对外传播机构都承担着向世界说明中国的重任,而对德语国家的传播一直是我国对外传播工作中的一大重点。如今,进入新媒体时代,这些政府对外传播机构如何扬长避短在对德传播中讲好中国故事,向德国人全方位展示中国,是值得探讨和研究的话题。
