子宫内膜炎是杂交奶牛（西门塔尔×本地黄牛）的一种常见病和多发病，如治疗不当或不及时。会因此而丧失繁殖能力。为了有效地防治西杂奶牛子宫内膜炎，近几年笔者采用紫草浸提液合青、链霉素制成“宫炎消”，经临床治疗124例，获得了令人满意的治疗效果，现录50例，以示同仁。
