通过对信阳鸡公山地域野生灵芝的驯化育种探索,对比试验观察其与泰山赤灵芝的生长差异。结果表明,鸡公山野生灵芝-1号菌种在室内或覆盖遮阳网的塑料凉棚中皆可正常生长;在覆盖遮阳网塑料凉棚中菌种优质率达97.4%,生物转化率达60.69%,并且菌盖扇片肥大,柄长粗壮,红褐色光泽美观;与泰山赤芝比较,在形态色泽方面有差别,在营养和环境条件方面差别不大,显示灵芝物种的多样性,可为灵芝杂交育种提供基因库资源。
Through the domestication breeding of wild Ganoderma lucidum in Jigongshan area of Xinyang, comparative experiment was conducted to observe the difference of its growth with Ganoderma lucidum in Taishan.
