研究在阔叶木浆纤维的细胞内原位沉积碳酸镁的工艺条件及用其制备隔热纸的可行性。隔热纸的最佳制备工艺条件:预浸时间20min,反应时间40min,反应温度70℃,碳酸钠溶液浓度2.00mol.L-1,CPAM用量2.0%。在最佳工艺条件下,隔热纸的导热系数为0.071w.(m.K)-1,比原纸下降了14.46%,隔热纸白度提高了22.3%,强度略有下降,但仍可以满足B级普通食品包装纸的使用要求。采用扫描电子显微镜-能谱(SEM-EDAX)对合成产物及隔热纸张的结构、性能进行了表征。结果表明,制备条件较易实现,碳酸镁可在纤维细胞内沉积。
The feasibility of in situ deposition of magnesium carbonate in the cells of hardwood pulp fibers and the preparation of thermal insulation paper were studied. The optimum preparation conditions of the paper are: prepreg time 20min, reaction time 40min, reaction temperature 70 ℃, sodium carbonate solution concentration 2.00mol.L-1, CPAM dosage 2.0%. Under the optimum conditions, the thermal conductivity of the thermal insulation paper is 0.071w. (MK) -1, which is 14.46% lower than that of the base paper. The whiteness of the thermal insulation paper is increased by 22.3% and the strength is slightly decreased. However, Grade ordinary food wrapping paper requirements. The structure and properties of the synthesized product and the insulating paper were characterized by scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM-EDAX). The results show that the preparation conditions are easy to achieve, magnesium carbonate can be deposited in fibroblasts.
