目的总结汇编儿童大骨节病掌骨与腕骨基本X线征像,用以提高大骨节病诊断的准确性。方法收集8个单位保存的儿童大骨节病掌骨与腕骨改变的X线片,采用扫描仪扫描,Photoshop软件进行分类处理。结果获得了儿童大骨节病掌骨与腕骨包括囊变、假性囊肿、干骺端不整伴硬化、干骺端增宽伴硬化、干骺端凹陷、干骺端凹陷伴硬化、骨竖刺形成、骨端凹陷、骨端骨性关节面缺损、骨端切角征、骨端骨刺、骨端烟头征、骨骺变形、锥形骨骺、一字型骨骺、骨骺碎裂、八字形骨骺、骨骺的延迟(骨骺溶解、骨骺缺失)、腕骨的局部硬化等5种类型,19种基本X线征像。结论填补了儿童大骨节病X线影像学改变的空白,为正确诊断大骨节病提供了详实的影像学参照。
Objective To summarize the basic X-ray findings of metacarpal and carpal bones of KBD in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of KBD. Methods The X-ray films of metacarpal and carpal bone of children with Kaschin-Beck disease preserved in 8 units were collected and classified by scanning software and Photoshop software. Results Children ’s metacarpal and carpal bones of the Kaschin - Beck disease including cystic degeneration, pseudocysts, metaphyseal non - integral sclerosis, metaphyseal widening with sclerosis, metaphyseal depression, metaphyseal depression with hardening, vertical bone formation, Depression of the sagittal plane, degeneration of the sagittal plane of the sagittal plane, incision angle of the sagittal plane, sagittal laryngeal bone, cigarette end of the sagittal plane, deformation of the epiphyseal epiphysis, pyramidal epiphysis, phrenic epiphysis, fragmentation of the epiphyseal epiphysis, (Epiphyseal dissolution, lack of epiphyseal), carpal sclerotomy and other five types of 19 kinds of basic X-ray signs. Conclusion Fills the gap of X-ray imaging changes of Kashin-Beck disease in children and provides a detailed imaging reference for the correct diagnosis of Kashin-Beck disease.
