2008年爆发的这场影响深刻、旷日持久的全球经济危机,为何没有像以往那样带来工人运动的高涨。对此,资本主义国家共产党在近来召开的三次世界共产党和工人党国际会议上进行了深入的分析和探讨,指出,苏东剧变对世界社会主义运动的沉重打击,工人阶级对社会主义重大理论缺乏应有共识,政治意识和斗争经验相对薄弱;资本主义的虚假宣传以及共产党的有效应对策略不足;资本主义国家社会福利政策对经济危机的缓冲和弱化等,是此次危机没有带来工人运动高涨的重要原因。
The profound and protracted global economic crisis that broke out in 2008 has not brought the rise of the workers’ movement as it has done in the past. In response, the Communist countries in the capitalist countries conducted an in-depth analysis and discussion at the recent three international communist parties meeting with the Communist Party and the Workers’ Party. They pointed out that the violent drastic blow of the Soviet Union and East Europe on the world socialist movement and the lack of the major theory of socialism by the working class There should be consensus, political awareness and struggle experience are relatively weak; the false propaganda of capitalism and the effective coping strategies of the Communist Party are inadequate; and the buffer and weakening of the economic crisis by the social welfare policies of capitalist countries is that the crisis did not bring about a rise in the workers’ movement important reason.
