常用的室温环氧树脂固化剂为脂肪族胺类,此类固化剂毒性较大、性脆,且易开裂。为了扩大环氧树脂的应用范围,晨光化工研究院对这类固化剂进行了一系列改进工作。H_2系和J-203系是具有橡胶状弹性的固化体系;79-3系具有韧性低毒等优点,它们都有良好的粘接性能。本文用红外吸收光谱方法追踪了这类新型弹性环氧树脂的固化过程,并讨论了若干实验现象。
Commonly used room temperature epoxy curing agent for aliphatic amines, such a hardener toxicity, brittle, and easy to crack. In order to expand the scope of application of epoxy resin, Chenguang Chemical Research Institute of these curing agents carried out a series of improvements. H_2 series and J-203 series is a rubbery elastic curing system; 79-3 series has the advantages of toughness and low toxicity, they have good bonding properties. In this paper, infrared absorption spectroscopy method to track the curing process of this new type of flexible epoxy resin, and discusses a number of experimental phenomena.
