通过对2219铝合金轧制板材的显微组织观察和力学性能测试,研究了3种轧制工艺对其板材显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,轧制过程中的道次压下率对2219铝合金的显微组织和力学性能均有显著影响。在总压下率相同的条件下,经40%、22%、28%的热轧,然后进行20%、25%、33%、35%、23%冷轧的板材综合力学性能最好,其抗拉强度、屈服强度、伸长率和维氏硬度分别为406.4 MPa、312.2 MPa、13.4%、169.6 HV。
The effects of three rolling processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2219 aluminum alloy rolled sheet were studied by observing the microstructure and testing the mechanical properties. The results show that the reduction of pass during rolling has a significant effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2219 aluminum alloy. Under the condition of the same total reduction rate, the mechanical properties of the sheet rolled by 40%, 22%, 28% hot rolling followed by 20%, 25%, 33%, 35% and 23% Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and Vickers hardness were 406.4 MPa, 312.2 MPa, 13.4%, 169.6 HV, respectively.
