光盘读出信号的不稳定性(Jitter)是评价光盘读出信号质量的一个重要指标。文中提出了一种以可编程门阵列(FPGA)为基础的新型测试系统,实验证明,这种测试方法具有较高的精度和柔性,便于其功能的扩展和使用中的二次开发。
The jitter of the read signal of the optical disc is an important index for evaluating the read signal quality of the optical disc. This paper presents a new type of test system based on programmable gate array (FPGA). Experiments prove that the test method has high precision and flexibility, which is convenient for the extension of its functions and the secondary development in use.
