美国和加拿大图书馆行业的协会化管理模式,充分动员了社会各个层面的资源和力量,减轻了政府直接管理的负担。同时,由于赋予协会的权力足够强大,也使得协会的权威性得到充分地发挥,能够更好地服务图书馆行为和图书馆员。这为我国公共文化服务推行社会化管理提供了借鉴。
The association management model of the library industry in the United States and Canada fully mobilized resources and strength at all levels of society and reduced the burden of direct government administration. At the same time, giving the association a powerful enough power also enabled the association’s authority to be fully utilized and better served the library’s behavior and librarians. This provides reference for China’s public cultural services to promote social management.
