目的:探讨CHFR(checkpoint with FHA and ring finger)基因在B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)中的表达水平及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法:采用荧光定量PCR方法检测81例B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织和38例淋巴结反应性增生组织(RH)CHFR mRNA的表达水平。结果:①81例B-NHL组织中低水平表达CHFR mRNA,其中2例表达缺失;而在淋巴结反应性增生组中该基因全部表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②B-NHL患者中I+II期组和III+IV期组CHFR mRNA表达存在差异,III+IV期表达水平低于I+II期,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B-NHL组按IPI评分分0-1分组和2-5分组,高评分组CHFR mRNA表达量低于低评分组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而CHFR mRNA表达量与年龄、性别、有无症状、LDH水平及ECOG评分无相关性。结论:CHFR表达水平的降低在非霍奇金淋巴瘤的发生过程中具有一定作用,并与其恶性程度及进展相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the expression of checkpoint with FHA and ring finger in B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL) and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods: The expression of CHFR mRNA in 81 cases of B cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and 38 cases of lymph node reactive hyperplasia (RH) was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results: ① The expression of CHFR mRNA was low in 81 cases of B-NHL tissues, of which 2 cases were absent. However, the expression of CHFR mRNA in lymph node reactive hyperplasia group was statistically significant (P <0.05). ② The expression of CHFR mRNA in stage I + II and stage III + IV was different in patients with B-NHL, the expression level in stage III + IV was lower than that in stage I + II (P <0.05); B-NHL The scores of CHFR mRNA in high score group were lower than those in low score group (P <0.05) by IPI score 0-1 group and 2-5 group, while the expression of CHFR mRNA was not related to age, gender, presence or absence Symptoms, LDH levels and ECOG scores were not related. CONCLUSIONS: The decreased expression of CHFR plays a role in the pathogenesis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and is associated with its malignancy and progression.
