一、工作原理图1是新设计的压力控制制动换向回路原理图。图中P为压力油,O为回油。工作原理如下:压力油通过阀体的沉割槽、油路2到达油缸A腔,推动工作台向左移动。油缸B腔的回油,经油路3→回油路O→节流阀→油箱。工作台移动到预定位置时,挡铁推动换向杠杆,使阀芯向右移动。此时阀芯右端控制腔a的压力油,通过阀芯的中心小孔流回压力油腔。左端控制腔b则通过阀芯的中心小孔补充油液。在工作台挡铁的推动下,阀芯继续右移,逐渐关闭油路2的进油口和油路3的排油口,工作台制动减
