目的:观察微波联合宫糜汤治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法:将200例宫颈糜烂患者分为观察组和对照组各100例,2组均采用微波治疗,观察组同时采用宫糜汤加减治疗。结果:治愈率观察组为85.00%,对照组为76.00%,2组有明显差异(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为97.00%,对照组为86.00%,2组有明显差异(P<0.05)。尿路刺激症状、下腹胀痛、腰骶疼痛、阴道排液等临床症状的改善时间及创面愈合时间观察组短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组重度糜烂的复发率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微波联合宫糜汤治疗宫颈糜烂临床疗效显著,可短时间内改善患者的临床症状,降低复发率。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of microwave combined with Gongmi Decoction in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods: 200 cases of cervical erosion patients were divided into observation group and control group of 100 cases, two groups were treated with microwave, the observation group also treated with Gongmi Decoction. Results: The cure rate was 85.00% in the observation group and 76.00% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 97.00% in the observation group and 86.00% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Urinary tract irritation, lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain, vaginal discharge and other clinical symptoms and wound healing time improvement group was shorter than the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of severe erosion in the observation group was less than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of microwave combined with Gongmi Decoction in treating cervical erosion is significant, which can shorten the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate.
