本论文以航空发动机用硬质合金焊接铰刀的加工工艺为主要研究内容。以实现焊接刀具的制造与试验为目标,建立完整的焊接刀具加工工艺及制造技术,具有重要的理论价值和实际意义。航空发动机盘类零件上用于组装的安装孔有以下特性:盘类零件材料多为高温合金与粉末冶金材料,属于难加工材料;盘类零件需要多个叠加放置,造成孔位置错位,对刀具切削部分、刀杆部分强度要求严格;从而刀具质量的优劣直接影响到发动机装配质量。
