苏丹爱马公路是中国水电建设集团目前中标承建的单条里程最长的公路。由于施工区域全线在南苏丹境内,在政治上长期处在南北战争战区和部落争斗地区,加之2011年年初的公投,南方一致选择脱离北方要求独立,现已正式建国独立,成为新国家,无可避免会对项目的正常履约带来极大的不确定性。为了提高风险防范水平,保证项目经营管理目标的实现,通过对项目面临的国家与地区风险、行业风险、项目外部风险和项目内部风险等进行分析评价,提出相关的风险管理建议及对策。
Sudan Irma Road is currently the longest single mile road contracted by China Hydropower Construction Group. Since the entire construction area is in South Sudan and politically in the theater of war and tribal battles in the Civil War for a long time and the referendum in early 2011, the South unanimously chose to be independent from the North for independence. It has now formally established a nation as an independent state and become a new nation. Avoiding will bring great uncertainty to the normal performance of the project. In order to improve the level of risk prevention and ensure the realization of the objective of project management and management, this paper puts forward relevant risk management suggestions and countermeasures by analyzing and evaluating the national and regional risks, industrial risks, external risks and internal risks of the project.
