从法的角度分析中国治安行政五十年的历程,可以概括为巩固政权、强化专政、依法管理;以专政职能为主导,禁控方式为主体,逐步走近法治;以服务为主导要求,保障为重要职责,法律为基本规范;任务繁重多样,法律规范不断完善,法治理念不断强化的治安行政等四个不同的时期。
Analyzing the history of China’s public security administration for 50 years from the perspective of law can be summarized as consolidating the power, strengthening the dictatorship and administering according to law; taking the dictatorship function as the mainstay and the forbidden control as the main body and gradually approaching the rule of law; taking the service as the leading requirement and safeguarding As the important responsibility, the law as the basic norms; the arduous and diverse tasks, constantly improve the legal norms, law and order constantly strengthen the administration of public security and other four different periods.
