目的了解武汉市汉阳区医疗机构消毒工作质量,为预防和控制医院感染提供依据。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》2002年版和《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)进行消毒效果监测及评价。结果2007-2008年消毒效果总合格率为86.97%;不同类别的医疗机构消毒效果差异无统计学意义;2007-2008年消毒合格率分别为84.46%和89.22%,2年的合格率差异有统计学意义;各类医疗机构使用中消毒液、室内空气、物体表面、医护人员手、高压蒸汽灭菌器和紫外线灯照射强度总合格率分别为:91.11%、66.92%、92.07%、93.96%、90.51%和73.99%,未检出致病菌。结论医疗机构应提高对消毒隔离与医院感染控制工作重要性的认识,加强医务人员的消毒知识培训和对医疗机构的监督管理,正确合理使用消毒灭菌剂和器械。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions in Hanyang District of Wuhan City and provide the basis for prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Methods According to the Ministry of Health “Disinfection Technical Specification” 2002 edition and “hospital disinfection and health standards” (GB15982-1995) disinfection monitoring and evaluation. Results The total qualification rate of disinfection in 2007-2008 was 86.97%. There was no significant difference in disinfection efficiency among different types of medical institutions. The disinfection pass rates in 2007-2008 were 84.46% and 89.22% respectively. There was statistical difference in the two-year pass rates The total qualified rate of irradiation intensity of disinfectant, indoor air, object surface, hand of medical staff, autoclave and UV lamp in various medical institutions were 91.11%, 66.92%, 92.07% and 93.96%, respectively. 90.51% and 73.99%, no pathogenic bacteria were detected. Conclusion Medical institutions should raise awareness of the importance of disinfection and isolation and nosocomial infection control, strengthen the disinfection knowledge training of medical staff and supervision and administration of medical institutions, and correctly and reasonably use disinfection and sterilization agents and instruments.
