城市现代化建设进程中的基础设施建设已成为制约城市进一步发展的重要瓶颈,而日益成熟的中国资本市场又对市政债券提出了迫切需要。针对这一现状,本文分析了我国现在建立市政债券市场在四个主要方面的可行性。在以前,市政债券没有推出是由于时机的不成熟,如法律上的障碍,制度的缺失,经验的不足等。本文通过分析,显示了现在市政债券推出的时机已经成熟。 Infrastructure construction in the process of urban modernization has become an important bottleneck that restricts the further development of cities. The increasingly mature Chinese capital market has posed an urgent need for municipal bonds. In response to this situation, this article analyzes the feasibility of establishing the municipal bond market in China in the four main aspects. In the past, municipal bonds were not introduced because of the immature timing, such as legal obstacles, lack of systems, lack of experience and so on. Through the analysis, this article shows that the time has now come for the launch of municipal bonds.
