所谓药物的不良反应是指在药物的临床应用过程中,伴随预期治疗效果而出现的副作用。与此有区别的是,药物的严重意外反应则是指病人应用某种药物时出现没有预料到的严重问题,但这种严重意外却与该药的药理学特性无关,也就是说有的病人可能发生,有的不一定发生。
