研究了LZ50 车轴钢疲劳Stress-Life(以下简称S-N)关系的概率模型。同时考虑了S-N 关系的分散性规律和样本数量对概率评价的影响,包括P(存活概率)-S-N 曲线、C(置信度)-S-N 曲线和P-C-S-N 曲线。这些曲线由称之为“广义极大似然法”的方法测定。方法考虑了整体试验S-N 数据的随机性,避免了常规方法从考虑局部数据随机性角度的缺陷。LZ50 车轴钢试验数据的分析结果,说明了模型和方法的合理性和有效性。
The probabilistic model of the fatigue-stress-life (S-N) relationship of LZ50 axle steel was studied. At the same time, the distributive law of the S-N relation and the influence of the number of samples on the probability evaluation are considered, including P (survival probability) -S-N curve, C (confidence) -SN curve and P-C-S-N curve. These curves are determined by what is called the “generalized maximum likelihood method.” The method takes into account the randomness of the overall experimental S-N data and avoids the drawbacks of conventional methods from the viewpoint of randomness of local data. The analysis results of LZ50 axle steel test data show that the model and method are reasonable and effective.
