成功地解决原料综合利用问题,不仅与制定新的原则流程和发展现有的原料加工工艺流程有关,而且也与原料综合利用的国民经济评价依据的可靠性有关。原料综合利用的经济特点是复杂的、多方面的。原料综合利用经济效率评价方法中的最重要的任务(按完成任务的观点在原则上是不同的)是:
The successful solution to the problem of comprehensive utilization of raw materials is not only related to formulating a new principle process and developing the existing raw material processing technological process, but also to the reliability of the national economic evaluation based on the comprehensive utilization of raw materials. The economic characteristics of comprehensive utilization of raw materials are complex and multifaceted. The most important tasks in the method of economic efficiency of comprehensive utilization of raw materials (in principle different from the viewpoint of fulfilling the task) are:
