多媒体设备的管理和维护是一项重要、复杂而艰巨的任务,本文重点探究如何对其进行有效的管理。文章从笔者多年的管理经验出发,主要从以下四个方面作为突破口,努力探究小学多媒体设备的有效管理:加强自身学习,提高管理和解决问题的能力;利用校本培训,提高教师多媒体设备的操作能力;组建管理团队,发挥团队管理的强大优势;强化制度保障,确保多媒体设备的完好运行。
Multimedia equipment management and maintenance is an important, complex and arduous task, this article focuses on how to manage them effectively. The article starts from the author’s many years of management experience, and tries to explore the effective management of multi-media devices in primary schools from the following four aspects: strengthening self-learning, improving the ability of management and problem solving; using school-based training to improve teachers’ ability to operate multi-media devices ; Set up management team, play a strong team management advantages; strengthen the system to ensure that multimedia equipment in good condition.
