目的探究非营养性吸吮联合体位管理在早产儿喂养护理中的临床应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月我院收治的早产儿80例为分析对象,以护理方法的不同分为观察与对照两组。对照组早产儿接受常规护理,观察组早产儿接受非营养性吸吮联合体位管理,观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组早产儿的恢复出生体质量时间、胃管留置时间及达全胃肠道喂养时间均早于对照组早产儿,观察组家长的护理满意率为96.67%,对照组家长的护理满意率为76.67%,观察组显著干预对照组,两组之间的差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论
