人类活动对冻结层上水影响的研究具有重大意义。通过研究人类活动对冻结层上水的影响以及在俄罗斯北部城市雅库茨克市的调查,指出:(1)人类活动对冻结层上水补给的影响主要包括耕作(灌溉)区部分灌溉水入渗和来自城市不同持压管道和蓄水系统水的渗漏两方面;(2)通过人类活动对冻结层上水文情势影响的理论分析表明:在人类各种活动的影响下冻结层上和冻结层间湿寒土的形成和变化呈现一定的特性;(3)对俄罗斯北部城市雅库茨克市区开展的综合性水文监测工作的研究表明:虽然人类活动因素产生的影响呈局部性特征,但却使冻结层上水年水文情势、多年水文情势发生本质性变化。
