进入21世纪后,在石油化工企业中加氢工艺得到优先采用,同时为了满足汽油需求的增长,一些炼厂对催化裂化装置进行改造,使其渣油加工能力增大。在此新形势下,公司利用延迟焦化的工艺和操作特点,不断拓展并细致运用延迟焦化装置的平衡功能和环保功能,致力于将其打造成企业的平衡装置和环保装置。利用好焦化装置的平衡功能,可有效平衡减压渣油、催化油浆、丙烷脱油沥青等重质原料;通过操作条件调整,可平衡全厂柴汽比、蜡油量及燃料气量。延迟焦化装置在环保方面起的作用越来越明显,可实现装置处理污水处理场浮渣、各种污油等炼厂产生的污染物,努力消减装置自身产生的污染物量;充分利用吸收稳定系统,处理其他装置产生的气体轻烃以回收高价值组分,同时加大污水回用力度;利用放空塔系统作为企业扫线蒸塔汽的处理场所,实现密闭吹扫、废气回收。
In the 21st century, the hydrogenation process is favorably adopted in petrochemical enterprises. In order to meet the increasing demand for gasoline, some refineries retrofit catalytic cracking units to increase the capacity of residue processing. In this new situation, the company uses the technology and operation characteristics of delayed coking to continuously expand and carefully apply the balance function and environmental protection function of delayed coking equipment, and devote itself to making it an enterprise’s balancing device and environmental protection device. By utilizing the balance function of the coking unit, it is possible to effectively balance the heavy materials such as vacuum residue, catalytic slurry and propane de-bitumen; and adjust the operating conditions to balance the entire plant diesel-to-diesel ratio, wax oil volume and fuel gas volume. The effect of delayed coking unit on environmental protection is more and more obvious. It can realize the device to treat pollutants generated from sewage treatment plant scum, various kinds of waste oil and other refinery, and strive to reduce the amount of pollutants produced by the unit itself; make full use of absorption stability system , To treat the light hydrocarbons produced by other devices to recover the high-value components, meanwhile, to increase the intensity of wastewater reuse; and to use the vent tower system as the treatment site for the enterprise to sweep the steam tower to achieve closed purge and exhaust gas recovery.
